Born in Cuba during the period when Wim Wenders was recording Buena Vista Social Club, Ana Carla Maza, a virtuoso singer and cellist, took her first steps on stage at the age of ten, and went on to develop her international career.

After Bahia, released in 2022 and followed by a 150-concert tour of 14 countries, Caribe is the Cuban cellist and composer's third album. On this album, she renews the declaration of love for Latin American music already expressed on her previous opus.
